Physical books

UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 14-day right to cancel applies. If a book arrives damaged or misprinted, Lulu will reprint or refund at their discretion; email hello@originatorworks.com and we’ll coordinate.

Ebooks and digital downloads

Once the download link has been opened, refunds are not available. Before opening, email us within 14 days for a refund.

How to request

Email hello@originatorworks.com with your order reference. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of approval.
